Sonic Store is a technical listing platform for publishing offers to sell game accounts. The Platform is not a broker/agent/guarantor/escrow, does not participate in deals, does not collect a fee from transactions, and does not hold or transfer user funds.
Only registered users may post listings. By using the service you confirm you are 18+, legally capable, and acting on your own behalf.
The listing uses your profile email; the phone number must be in E.164 format (“+” and 10–15 digits). Seller contacts are not shown publicly; buyer–seller communication is coordinated via Platform administrators.
At any time a user may have only one active listing (statuses pending/approved). Duplicates by email/phone can be removed.
Required: cover image and 4–10 screenshots (a watermark is applied). Optional: video (MP4, up to 100 MB). You confirm lawful ownership of the account and the accuracy of all information provided.
All listings pass review (pending → approved/rejected). The Platform may refuse, unpublish, hide, edit, or delete a listing at any time without explanation (e.g., upon complaints, suspected fraud, rights-holder request, or breach of game rules/law). Paid fees are non-refundable except for clear technical error caused by the Platform.
Currently, publishing is free. The Platform reserves the right to introduce a fee in the future. If a fee is introduced, it will be clearly indicated before publication.
Listing content is user-generated. The Platform is not obliged to verify content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Any checks are technical and not warranties.
Negotiations and payments occur directly between users. Each party assumes all risks, performs due diligence, and bears consequences of their actions, including potential account bans by publishers.
Until a deal is completed, users must not bypass Platform channels/administrators (no direct contact exchange or off-platform settlement). Violation may lead to removal and/or account blocking without refund.
For safety, the Platform may request additional evidence (screen recordings, temporary technical access for IM30 verification, etc.). Refusal or failure is grounds for rejection or removal.
Ordering of listings is determined by Platform algorithms (card completeness, media quality, activity, recency, etc.). Users are not entitled to any specific placement.
For the listing period you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use listing materials (text/images/video) for moderation, publication, and promotion (including cropping, resizing, watermarking).
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantees of result, uptime, or error-free operation. The Platform is not responsible for third-party outages or providers.
To the maximum extent permitted, the Platform’s aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) fees paid by the User to the Platform in the last 6 months, or (b) 50 USD. The Platform is not liable for lost profits, indirect/special/punitive damages, or acts/omissions of third parties (sellers, buyers, game publishers, payment services).
By posting or buying, you release the Platform and its staff from claims/demands/losses related to user content, negotiations and settlements between users, and third-party bans/restrictions.
You agree to indemnify the Platform against losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: breach of these Rules/law, third-party rights violations, inaccurate information, or attempts to circumvent the Platform.
The Platform may request KYC/AML checks, restrict access, and unpublish listings upon legal/sanctions risk. Valid rights-holder notices (incl. DMCA-like) may result in content being hidden/removed.
The Platform may amend these Rules by publishing an updated version. For active listings, changes take effect after user notice or after 7 days, whichever occurs first.
